The city of Fayetteville is looking to collect information on current recycling habits and get opinions from residents on recycling changes for the future.

There are three different surveys to choose from based on where you live and what sort of recycling services you already have access to.

From the city website:

“The City of Fayetteville’s Solid Waste and Recycling Division is creating an Integrated Resources Management Plan that will have short, mid, and long range goals in dealing with Fayetteville’s waste stream.  The City is currently collecting feedback that will be utilized to develop the goals of the plan and will ultimately help to guide the direction of recycling in Fayetteville. There are three different surveys to choose from depending on the type of service that you currently have.  The first survey is for those who have access to curbside recycling pick up (typically single family homes and some duplexes).  The second is for those who live in multi-family housing (apartments with dumpster service) and currently do not have access to recycling pick up.  The last survey is for owners and managers of commercial businesses (restaurants, apartments, offices etc).

The City would ultimately like to increase recycling capacity and public input is crucial to understanding how to do this.  Please click on one of the following links to fill out the survey that pertains to you and THANK YOU for your input.”
