U.S. 71 Road Work

Lane Closures This Week

Look out, evening drivers. The City of Fayetteville says there’ll be U.S. 71 lane closures for road work this week.

From today, July 25 to Saturday, July 30, lanes of the highway will be closed at different times and sections for coldmill and overlay. The closures will take place
7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7 p.m. to midnight on Saturday.

APAC-Central Inc. of Fayetteville was selected by the Arkansas Highway Commission for the job. The project cost is $616,082.
