Also, the Fayetteville Animal Shelter is offering half price adoptions on dogs Sept. 9 to Oct. 9 — $30 instead of the normal $60 fee. The adoption price includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, flea/tick treatment and city license.
