Thunder on the Mountain Country Music Festival is excited to announce round one of the lineup for the 2015 festival. The first round of artists includes Zac Brown Band, The Band Perry, Eli Young Band and Chris Cagle, among others. The festival will take place June 26-28, 2015 on Mulberry Mountain near Ozark, Arkansas. Along with world class talent, Thunder on the Mountain will feature remarkable food and craft vendors, world-class river floats, fishing, waterfalls, hiking, premiere RV camping and much more.

Three-time GRAMMY winners and multi-platinum artists Zac Brown Band have become one of music’s most heralded acts. The band’s three platinum-selling albums, Uncaged, You Get What You Give, and The Foundation have sold over seven million copies total and produced an historic series of eleven #1 hit singles. The band performed for over 1.1 million fans in 2014 and recently wrapped their extensive ‘Great American Road Trip’ tour. Zac Brown Band’s latest releases, The Grohl Sessions, Vol. 1 and Greatest Hits So Far are both available now.

Carrie Underwood emerged from the promise of her 2005 American Idol win to become a true multi-format, multi-media superstar, spanning achievements in music, television, and film, where the six-time GRAMMY® Award winner has amassed more than 95 major honors, sold more than 64 million records worldwide, and recorded 18 #1 singles, nine of which she co-wrote.  The first female artist to be twice named the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the Year, Underwood was recognized as Pollstar’s Top Female Country Touring Artist for each of her headlining tours, in 2008, 2010, and 2012.  Her four albums, Some Hearts, Carnival Ride, Play On, and Blown Away – each certified multi-Platinum or Platinum, and each an American Music Awards winner as Country Album of the Year – tallied 38 weeks at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart with songs that have now been streamed more than 800 million times worldwide.  Last year, she starred as Maria von Trapp in NBC’s three-hour holiday blockbuster, the Emmy®-winning The Sound of Music Live!, whose airings attracted 44 million viewers.  A proud member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2008, Underwood is now in her second season as the musical voice of primetime television’s #1 program, Sunday Night Football, and recently returned for the seventh consecutive year as co-host of the CMA Awards.  On December 9, Underwood released Greatest Hits: Decade #1, her first hits collection, which also features her GRAMMY-nominated single, “Something in the Water.”

The picturesque landscape of Mulberry Mountain will provide the backdrop for the much-anticipated return of the rowdiest honky-tonk party on this side of the Mason-Dixon Line. The inaugural Thunder on the Mountain was held June 6-8, 2013. The event made a big splash on the regional music scene.

Three-Day Passes, along with VIP, RV at Main Venue and Camping Passes go on sale Tues, Dec 9 at 12pm CST. RV Reserved will go on sale Friday, Dec. 12th at Noon CST. Please visit www.thunderonthemountain.com for more information.
