At 3 p.m. Saturday the Parade of Fools will roll from the University of Arkansas campus and follow Dickson Street east to Block Street where it will end on the square. There will be festivities at the square and the float winners will be announced. The parade is family-friendly and will include bead throws and several elaborately decorated floats.
